Northwood-built Arctic Fox 27-5L in very good condition, owned by a non-smoking couple and maintained accordingly. If you've shopped fifth wheels you already know why Arctic Fox is a different animal: welded aluminum framing, high-density block foam insulation, and heated, enclosed holding tanks. We took this rig from Vermont to Florida and it handled everything from mountain cold to Gulf humidity without complaint.
