True Four-Season Super Composite Construction At the very core of the Luxe Elite Series philosophy is a commitment to structural permanence and uncompromising environmental control, executed through their proprietary True Four-Season Super Composite construction method Luxe True Four-Season RV. Unlike mass-produced recreational vehicles that rely on thin aluminum framing, corrugated fiberglass, and cheap styrofoam insulation, The RV Factory engineers the 42MD with a 3-inch thick, vacuum-bonded wall system that closely mirrors high-end residential building standards. These walls are packed with high-density, closed-cell, graphite-infused foam insulation, which provides an extraordinary R-value that effectively seals the interior from extreme external temperatures, whether navigating sub-zero winter blizzards or scorching desert summers.Furthermore, Luxe completely eliminates the use of wood in its exterior wall backing, replacing it with Azdel non-wood composite panels. Azdel is impervious to moisture, meaning it will never rot, warp, delaminate, or harbor dangerous mold and mildew--vulnerabilities that plague traditional RV walls over time. This advanced composite layer also acts as an exceptional acoustic barrier, deadening highway noise, torrential downpours, and campground chatter to maintain a serene, residential ambiance inside the coach.The structural integrity is further bolstered by aerodynamic, one-piece molded fiberglass front and rear caps.
