This unit is pristine! Well maintained and cared for and looking for its next owner to love it as much as we did! This is a 2024 Alliance Paradigm 395DS and boasts 2 full suites. The main suite can be entered by a sliding barn door for guests to use the bathroom, and a separate door to enter the main spacious bedroom. The main suite can accommodate a King size bed, but we opted for a residential Queen mattress . The main suite has a large walk in closet, full washer/dryer hook up and has GE 2.4 cu.ft front loading washer already hooked up and ready to go. The main suite also has a dresser, a wall mounted TV and remote, end table extension on both sides of the bed with outlets and USB ports and lots of storage under the bed! The main bathroom has a standard size porcelain toilet, under sink storage, above sink storage and large full size shower with a teak fold down bench. The shower has a new residential hand held shower head and nice glass doors. Air vent in ceiling turns off automatically when it starts to rain. Stairs from the main bedroom lead you to the U shape kitchen which is equipped with a 4 burner gas stove that has been lightly used and a full size oven that has never been used,it is pristine and can fit a turkey and a large microwave convection oven. Stainless steel deep sink and plenty of under the sink storage, drawers and lots of cabinets all whisper close and solid lock so nothing can escape while heading to your destination. A pull out two tiered spice rack is included in your kitchen cabinet. There is a residential refrigerator/freezer and a large pantry with lighting and adjustable shelving. The living room has adjustable seating on one side and a love seat on the other which opens up to a comfortable bed. There is storage above the love seat with beautiful glass doors to add a classy touch. There is a electric fireplace with a remote and large Smart TV and up to the ceiling storage with same classy glass doors. TV has built in straps to keep it safe while traveling. The living room also has a dinette with 4 chairs, 2 that can fold and store under the bed. A ladder leads to a spacious loft for storage or sleeping for the kiddos. Plenty of outlets and USB ports and ample lighting finish out the loft section. The second suite has a residential Queen size mattress and under bed storage, dresser and on either side are more drawer space and doors that open for hanging clothes. Barn doors lead to the second bathroom with a residential size porcelain toilet and full shower. Under sink storage, venting system with same technology to turn off when rain is coming. This unit has plenty of under the unit pass through storage and front storage. There are solar panels that store electricity in the batteries located in the front storage and is ready for a generator. There is a tri-pod stabilizer and sewer hoses ready for use. This unit has 2 propane tanks, one on either side and are both full. There are 2 black tanks, 2 grey and a fresh water holding tank.
