2024 Thor Motor Coach Delano 24XL, Mercedes-Benz drivability, Thor craftsmanship. A compact Class C that lives larger than its 25'8" footprint.
The Delano line is Thor Motor Coach's answer for travelers who want Sprinter refinement without sacrificing a real kitchen, a real bath, and a real bedroom.
Built on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter chassis, the 24XL pairs a proven diesel powertrain with the safety suite Mercedes is known for -- Active Braking Assist, Attention Assist, Active Lane Keeping Assist, and DISTRONIC PLUS adaptive cruise -- so the drive feels more like a luxury van than a traditional motorhome.
Step inside and the floor plan is immediately clear. Up front, a cab-over bunk (approximately 30" x 80") with a telescoping ladder gives extra sleeping space when you need it.
Mid-coach, leatherette theater seating with built-in footrests faces a removable pedestal table -- movie night one hour, dinner the next. The TV is located directly in front of the seating for perfect viewing.
Across from the seating is a fully equipped galley: a two-burner cooktop with glass cover, stainless convection microwave, large single-bowl sink with pull-down sprayer, and a 12-volt refrigerator, all backed by high-gloss Euro-style cabinetry and full-extension drawers.
The bathroom is split for function: a (24" x 32") shower on one side, private toilet and sink with generous medicine cabinets on the other. Tankless hot water means you won't wait on a small tank.
At the rear, north-south twin beds (31" x 76") stay usable even when you're not fully set up. Drop in the center cushion, and they convert to a wall-to-wall king. Closets on both sides, TV, and charging points keep the bedroom practical, not cramped.
A privacy curtain closes the space off when guests are using the cab-over.
This unit sleeps three comfortably (four with the bunk in play). Seat-belt capacity is four.
