Like new and all the standard "bugs" of a new RV have been identified, resolved and updated and this Coach is one of a kind and better than a NEW ONE! As all seasoned RV owners know, when you buy new you get it without use to identify anything missed at the factory. This one has been thoroughly inspected and a mobile RV tech dispatched by Brinkley (WHO ARE GREAT TO DEAL WITH BTW) who fixed all the minor issues missed at the factory and replaced a low point valve that was not working. We also upgraded the fireplace to top of the line "log features" and it has never been used since install in August. Owners purchased as a travel coach to be with family throughout the year, while awaiting a new Motorhome build to get scheduled and its due very soon. Time to sell and it has been garage kept, AC running in summer months and used probably only 5-6 times. It is maintained in an RV Shed/Garage and opened up so all systems plugged in an running as needed, and maids have kept it clean as well on return from trips.
