Step into a different kind of RV living with the 2025 Cedar Creek Cottage 41FWC, an innovative fifth-wheel Cottage designed for extended stays, destination camping, and travelers who want residential comfort without giving up the flexibility of an RV.
At over 42 feet long, the 41FWC takes advantage of its impressive interior volume with a unique two-loft floorplan. The loft areas provide additional sleeping or storage space without sacrificing the main living area, making this an excellent layout for families, guests, or anyone looking for extra room during extended stays. The factory floorplan shows multiple bunk-mat sleeping areas between the two lofts.
The rear living area offers an inviting residential atmosphere with comfortable seating positioned around the entertainment center and electric fireplace. Large windows bring plenty of natural light into the coach, while the tall ceilings and open floorplan give the interior a spacious feel that is much more like a small home than a traditional RV.
The kitchen is equally impressive, featuring a residential-style layout with solid-surface countertops, a stainless-steel workstation sink, residential cabinetry with dovetail self-closing drawers, a three-burner gas range and oven, 30-inch stainless-steel microwave, and a large refrigerator/freezer.
Up front is the private master bedroom with a residential 72" x 80" king bed, generous wardrobe and closet storage, dresser, television, individual reading lights, USB charging ports, and additional hidden storage. Comfort is handled by two 15,000 BTU Coleman MACH 8 Plus air conditioners, with the coach wired for a third A/C. A 20-gallon electric water heater provides substantial hot-water capacity, while 12-volt heating pads on the fresh, gray, and black tanks help make the Cottage better suited for extended-season use.
