Reason for selling: I travel less than I used to, so I want a smaller RV for short weekend getaways. This RV has gone coast to coast! It's a well-made 32' travel trailer that truly feels like a home once it's set up at the campground. The bedroom features a queen bed with plenty of closet space and overhead storage, as well as a large space under the bed to store bins or even a dog bed! The kitchen has a stovetop, oven, microwave, a large sink, and a large fridge with a large freezer to accompany it. One of the best features of this kitchen is certainly the hidden pantry. It spans from floor to ceiling and is several feet wide. The depth of the shelves goes back at least a foot. This is definitely what I mean when I say this RV is livable. The eating area is a dinette surrounded by wide windows. This dinette of course turns into a full-sized bed. Next to that are two extremely comfortable theater seats that are positioned right in front of the TV/fireplace. These lean all the way back and come with removable tables that slot into the cupholders, making it a fantastic place to eat. The tables are even roomy enough to put a computer on to get some work done. All of this is surrounded by more storage as well. Lastly, the bathroom. It's truly massive for an RV and was the biggest selling point for me when I bought it a year ago. Most RV bathrooms are as small as a closet. Beyond the square footage, the shower is more than big enough to not knock your elbows on the walls as you shampoo your hair. A medicine cabinet hangs above the bathroom sink with plenty of storage there and under the sink as well. The toilet is your basic foot pedal toilet. Then, of course, there's another closet for storing your clothes (in addition to the ones in the bedroom!) with shelves below. On the wall opposite to that is a large cabinet for storing extra essentials like cleaning supplies or spare towels or even more clothes. There's even a hookup for a washer and dryer. This RV has one slide out and one 21' awning that spans the camper side. Other features include: - Electric/gas water heater - 42 gallon fresh water tank - 38 gallon black water tank - 68 gallon gray water tank - Enclosed underbelly (I had no problem with my tanks full in below freezing weather. Just make sure you're using the gas heating and not the electric fireplace) - Front and rear leveling jacks (the front stabilizer needs repair, more on that below) - Massive pass-thru storage - Electric tongue jack - Outdoor mini fridge - After purchase upgrade --- Security cameras on all walls of the RV with a monitor that can be placed inside. This doubles as a backup system and the monitor can also be placed on the dash of your tow vehicle. - After purchase upgrade --- advanced fingerprint scanning lock w/ keypad on front door. - The fridge stays cold even while on the road so you can leave your groceries inside it with peace of mind - Two large propane tanks - 2 A/C's, one in bedroom and one in living room (1 was just recently replaced!) - Blue LEDs on exterior that look great at night - Bluetooth speaker below TV - Wired for solar with 1 tiny solar panel up top - Smoke detector - CO detector - Emergency exit in bedroom - Spare tire (+ current tires are in great condition, tire pressure is regularly checked, and it has passed the penny test. Tire pressure will be checked again before you pick it up!) * The front stabilizer needs repair --- the current price reflects this Overall, this RV has been lived in, which really just means all the original kinks have been smoothed out. You truly know what you're getting. And because it was only lived in for a few months, it's in great condition. I can definitely vouch for this RV. Please reach out if you're interested.
