Description

2027 FOREST RIVER WILDCAT 36FL, 2027 Forest River Wildcat 36FL If you have been searching for a fifth wheel that gives you serious space, smart design, and the kind of build quality that holds up mile after mile, the 2027 Forest River Wildcat 36FL deserves a close look. This is a big rig in the best sense of the word, stretching 44 feet 5 inches with four slides pushing the walls out and opening up a living space that feels more like a home than a trailer. It sleeps six, runs on 50-amp service, and rides on a tandem axle setup. The Freeport interior color scheme gives the whole coach a fresh, modern feel against the clean white exterior. Let's walk through this floor plan. Up front, you get a generous living area that gives you room to stretch out and relax. The mid-kitchen puts the cooking space right in the heart of the coach where it belongs, making it easy to entertain or keep an eye on the kids while you prep a meal. The kitchen setup benefits from those slide-outs dramatically, opening up counter space and walkways that a standard floorplan simply cannot match. The full bath gives you everything you need for comfortable extended camping, and the rear bedroom rounds out the layout. The bedroom sits at the back of the coach, giving the sleeping area its own end of the unit away from the main living space. Water capacity is well thought out for a rig this size, with a 60-gallon fresh water tank, a 76-gallon gray water tank, and a 38-gallon black tank. The hitch weight comes in at 2,235 lbs, the GVWR is 14,235 lbs, and the dry weight is 11,283 lbs, giving you a cargo carrying capacity of 2,952 lbs to load up with gear, supplies, and everything else you want to bring along. The 15-foot 3-inch power awning gives you great outdoor shade at camp. The options package on this unit adds meaningful capability. The walkable roof means roof maintenance and inspections are safe and accessible without worry. The heated enclosed underbelly protects your tanks and plumbing in cold weather so you can camp well into the shoulder seasons. A backup camera is installed and ready to use, a real asset when you are maneuvering a 44-foot rig. The fireplace adds warmth and ambiance on cool evenings. Solar prep is included with wiring in place for a future solar installation when you are ready to add panels. Washer and dryer hookups are also roughed in, so adding a unit down the road is a straightforward upgrade. Priced well below MSRP, this Wildcat 36FL is an outstanding value for anyone stepping into a premium fifth wheel experience. Come see it in person and you will understand why this floor plan has been so popular, and much more! Mileage: 0
