Description

2027 SUNSET PARK SUN-LITE LTD 13MJ, 2027 Sunset Park Sun-Lite LTD 13MJ Travel Trailer The 2027 Sunset Park Sun-Lite LTD 13MJ is a compact, lightweight travel trailer that punches well above its size. At just 16 feet 2 inches long and a dry weight of 2,330 lbs, this trailer opens up camping to a wide range of tow vehicles without sacrificing the comforts that make a trip worth taking. It sleeps three, carries a full bath, and is priced well below MSRP, making it one of the smartest buys on the lot right now. Whether you are a weekend warrior or a couple looking for a nimble getaway rig, the 13MJ is ready to go. Starting at the front of the trailer, you have the bedroom, fitted with a full-size bed. This sleeping area sits at the front of the unit and gives you a dedicated spot to rest after a day on the trail or the water. Moving into the mid-section, the living area gives you a comfortable space to relax when you are not outside enjoying the campsite. Interior ceiling height is 6 feet 6 inches, so the space feels open and livable rather than cramped. The full bath is also part of this floor plan, with a shower measuring 24 by 32 inches. Hot water is on hand thanks to an LP water heater, keeping showers comfortable no matter where you are parked. The rear kitchen completes the layout. You get a 2-burner cooktop and a 12-volt, 4.3 cubic foot refrigerator to keep your food and drinks cold. The White Oak interior finish gives the kitchen and the rest of the living space a clean, modern look that travels well. On the exterior, the 108-inch power awning gives you a solid shade setup for afternoons spent outside. The power tongue jack makes hitching and unhitching fast and easy, especially when you are doing it solo. A backup camera is installed, which is a genuine convenience when you are maneuvering into a tight site. The walkable roof is a practical feature for inspections and maintenance. The heated enclosed underbelly protects your plumbing in colder conditions and extends your camping season well into the fall. Solar prep is included as wiring only, so a future solar installation will be straightforward when you are ready to take the plunge on off-grid camping. Weight-wise, the 13MJ has a dry weight of 2,330 lbs, a GVWR of 3,770 lbs, and a cargo carrying capacity of 1,440 lbs. The hitch weight comes in at 270 lbs. Fresh water capacity is 26 gallons, with 30-gallon gray and black water tanks. The 16,000 BTU furnace keeps the interior warm on cool nights, and the single LP tank holds 20 lbs of propane. The trailer runs on 30-amp electrical service and rides on a single axle. The gray exterior finish looks sharp and holds up well on the road. If you have been waiting for the right lightweight trailer at the right price, the Sun-Lite LTD 13MJ is worth a serious look, and there is lots more to discover when you come see it in person!
